An International Service Partner (ISP) may support awareness and administrative coordination within its written appointment. It may not make accreditation decisions, alter standards or issue IBQA-USA records independently.
Partner responsibilities
Each appointment is territory- and scope-specific.
- Provide accurate information about IBQA-USA services
- Support applicants with authorised administrative guidance
- Protect confidential institutional and learner information
- Avoid unapproved fees, guarantees or recognition claims
- Refer all assessment and decision matters to IBQA-USA
Selection criteria
Applicants should demonstrate legal identity, responsible leadership, relevant education-sector experience and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Appointment and verification
Approved partners receive a unique record, stated scope, territory and validity. Current appointment status can be checked through the verification portal.
