Applications may be considered from legally established institutions with suitable premises or delivery systems, responsible management and evidence of learner support.

Affiliation controls
Approved centres receive a unique affiliation or centre number. The approval record states the name, location, service category, scope and validity.

Certificate arrangements
Where student certification is included, learner data and programme evidence must be submitted through the approved process. Certificates are issued only within the authorised scope and receive unique verification numbers.
